p/s: if it’s 480p, then it’s a troll. just kidding man
Comment by mike — April 10, 2010 @ 23:34 |
Actually, it CERTAINLY IS a troll because it’s 720p, and apparantly Frostii did 480p.
Comment by cryptw — April 10, 2010 @ 23:35 |
it’s not “frostii” that released Rainbow alone, but it’s Frostii and Saizen in a joint.
Comment by kubumen — April 11, 2010 @ 13:42
hardsubbing staff credits is the height of faggotry.

Someone call Captain Obvious, please.
Comment by cryptw — April 11, 2010 @ 01:09 |
Well heaven forbid someone give a straightforward, non-sarcastic answer for the newbie >_>
Comment by guest — April 11, 2010 @ 01:11
newfags don’t deserve answers. figure it out yourself.
Comment by anonymous bastard — April 11, 2010 @ 02:14
So did you guys strip proper honorifics and such out again, if they were in the original translation? If so, pass.
Comment by wwwww — April 11, 2010 @ 04:02 |
The original translation is ours and the actual japanese speech had no honorifics in the first place, except sensei, which was of course, translated.
Comment by cryptw — April 11, 2010 @ 04:09 |
Wow nice trolling. ;p
Comment by Thesis — April 11, 2010 @ 12:48 |

That’s the as of yet unreleased v2.
Comment by cryptw — April 12, 2010 @ 06:03 |
THAT’s the v2? You hardly fixed any of the errors…
Comment by Iko — April 12, 2010 @ 11:37
What are “the” errors?

I only looked through maybe 20% of the lines, so there’s probably way more. I didn’t include poor editing either, just spelling/grammar errors. Get a better editor or find some QC? Or just stick to CR rips, I dunno.
Comment by Iko — April 12, 2010 @ 18:35
Nvm, got confused with Night Raid. I did a v2 which fixed the font for MPlayer.
Comment by cryptw — April 12, 2010 @ 18:41
I agree, while I am truly grateful that this is being subbed, QC was poorly executed. It was truly a grammar minefield out there. If you need someone to run through the English in Rainbow, I’d be more than happy to do it.

I find the old CRF algorithm works much better for grainy/higher detailed sources such as this and Blue Literature.
